I obviously can’t speak for the rest of the community, but I live in Battle Creek, which is about 45 minutes NE of Vicksburg. I’m sure we’re not the only ones! 

If anybody else is interested in or has ideas for festivities in the Battle Creek/Kalamazoo area, we’d love to hear them!

Anonymous sent: I don't mean to bother you guys or anything, but the next time a facebook link to an event is posted I would like to please request that you either ensure that it is public or (preferably) copy and paste the meeting details into the post. Not everyone has a facebook account or wants to get one and it is sometimes impossible to look up info about meetups because the events are locked for facebook users only.

Of course, it will mostly be up to the other admin as I’m leaving this blog and indeed the homestuck fandom this evening, but I’ll make sure she’s aware before I do.

Anonymous sent: You know, Cedar Point stuck could still happen without you. You've organized the event for the most part, why not allow it to continue? If you're going to require that all events be attended by you, maybe this shouldn't be a 'Michiganstuck' blog but a 'whatevertownyoulivein' blog.

If someone else want’s to plan it go ahead, do it, and submit it, so it can still be on this blog but as for that particular one not really. Because the other admins can’t go if I can’t go for reasons I really do not want to explain.
